A list of customers (name, address and telephone number) can be created and shared with other Norga member companies. You may request that your name be removed from this list by sending a written request to the Privacy Officer at the address provided below.
With your consent, we may also share your personal information with Norga member companies in order to get to know you better, better meet your needs and provide the best possible service and customer experience. If you do not want to take advantage of this opportunity, you may not consent to it.

We have implemented and continue to develop rigorous security measures in accordance with applicable laws in Ontario, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), to ensure that your personal information remains strictly confidential and is protected against loss, theft, and unauthorized access, communication, copying, use, or modification.
